Feeder Mix of Water Daphina and Assorted Ramshorn Snails
GENERAL INFO:
Comes in packs of 50+ Water Daphina/ a mix of 20 assorted ramshorn snails, 100+ Water Daphina/ a mix of 40 assorted ramshorn snails, and 250+ Water Daphina/ a mix of 80 assorted ramshorn snails . Daphina range in size, and pictures do not indicate actual size. Please see pictures for an appropriate idea of what each amount looks like. Please see our separate listing for bigger orders, or feel free to contact us. Please note that you may not get an exact mix of snails. You may get more or less of one snail than the other. It just depends on the availability at the time of shipping. These are a mix of baby, juvenile, and young adults sized snails. They are extra small to medium in size. Please see the pictures for the shipping size.
Snails:
These are feeder snails for meat eating fish, snails, turtles and etc. They will also keep your tank clean. However, please keep in mind that they will reproduce quickly and take over your tank, especially if you do not have something in the tank to feed on them. The snails will eat the nasty/ leftover food in the tank. However, if you plan on breeding them, we do suggest feeding them regularly. They will do good with no salt green beans, most fresh veggies/fruit, or cut off from veggies/fruit. For instance, we feed using watermelons, corn on the cob, cucumbers, and squash.
Water Daphina:
We suggest using at least a 5-gallon tank with an air stone set on low to medium. We suggest feeding them dry active yeast mixed with water, only a few drops every few days. You basically just want to cloudy up the water a bit. Be careful not to over feed. We do not suggest feeding the daphnia spirulina. They will also eat the nasty/ leftover food in your tank. Including leftover snail food listed above.
We ship out healthy aquatic animals, but when dealing with live animals and shipping, things can get unpredictable.
Please always acclimate your order to some freshwater ASAP( even if the order appears to be DOA). We suggest using at least a 5-gallon tank(that has been going for at least two weeks) with air bubbles and a lid.

Ships USPS Priority Mail(Standed 1-4 days of delivery time). We will supply a FREE ice pack when needed. Please be mindful of not only your local weather but as well as our local weather (Sylvania, GA 30467), plus possible weather where your package will travel through. Please keep a close eye on tracking and get your order out as soon as possible and get them where they’re going.**HEAT PACK, in the winter/colder months you may want to purchase a heat pack to go with your snail, if you live in an area experiencing cold temps please consider buying one. If you want to purchase a heat pack, please send us a message, or you can purchase one from our store. We also have additional shipping supplies available. Please see the link below.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:
We do offer refunds or will send replacements. If order is DOA, or you have any other issues, please contact us within TWO hours of delivery and send pictures of the order still in the sealed clear shipping bag(s), package and label so we can begin the process. On replacements, we will attempt to resend once, at no additional cost to you(our policy must be meant or at least attemped). In the event that your package is delayed by the USPS and arrives after the USPS expected delivery date or is lost by the USPS, you will still receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping( Priority Mail is insured so you can file a claim with the USPS for shipping cost. Please know we have no control here, but we will assist in any way we can). When doing refunds or replacements, there is no need to return the original order. You may do what you like with the original order. You must do the above steps to be eligible for a refund or reship.

Please keep in mind the time difference for your area. If marked on vacation, please keep in mind that we may not be able to respond as quickly as normal but will get to you ASAP. We are an online store only. We do not have a physical store soon. We do offer free curbside pick-up at our location.
